All cats need to scratch but we know that claws can cause havoc. We designed this cat scratching post to save those items in the home that are particularly vulnerable to cats’ claws. This unit will also provide your cat with the necessary tool to tone muscles, alleviate stress and keep those claws in pristine condition.
Choose from the finest South American sisal, English cotton or black softline rope. Sisal is a durable material that will last a long time and can be used inside and outside the home. We choose to keep our sisal natural, so the rope has not been through any bleaching process. As a result of this, the sisal does retain a natural odor. This odor will dissipate over time but if you would prefer an odor-free product, we would recommend either the cotton or softline option. Being a natural product, there will always be slight color variations and imperfections in the sisal.
Cotton is a much softer material that is more suited to indoor-only cats. It is gentle on a cat’s paw but isn’t as durable as sisal, and should only be installed inside the home. The last option is softline, which is a material that is used in the yacht industry. It has all the appearances of sisal but is a man-made product. This rope is waterproof and does not stretch, making this an ideal option for outdoor installations.
This cat scratching post is also easy to install and can be rotated or replaced after becoming worn. We offer four different versions for cats of all shapes and sizes:

Order Replacement if you wish to replace the worn-out scratching cylinder on an existing installation. This contains just the scratching cylinder. Please note that an existing installation will not require replacement caps.

We source the highest quality rope that we can find that is not bleached.
Being a natural product, there will be slight colour variations and imperfections in the sisal variant.
An inner core of ABS plastic runs the length of the product that won’t dampen/warp in wet weather.

Indoor or Outdoor:
If mounting outdoors where the scratcher may become wet, we recommend installing in an area with good air circulation and sunshine. Otherwise, like all natural ropes, the sisal may develop mould if it remains wet or damp for an extended period. You can apply preservative onto the rope to deter the formation of mould but we prefer to keep our materials natural.
Additional wall fixings can be purchased if you would like to have different mounting points at home.
